Super great day today!
Interview with West Bloomfield Beacon-- David Wallace is the staff reporter and SUCH a nice person. Educated, knowledgeable, WOW. He was very interested in the coaching process so it was cool to explain it all in detail.
Also hooked up with a ownderful woman filled with triumph and spirit from a wonderful organization called Looking For My Sister. They work with (formerly) battered women in Detroit to help them rebuild their lives. I had read an article about Laurie and her work and I was so impressed! Even on the phone, she reflects the greatest spirit to help these women overcome! I can't wait to work with her and help mentor her clients!
I also set up an interview with the Observer & Eccentric Newspapers on coaching. The reporter I spoke with was super nice and I am going to help her work on a fully emcompassed article on all types of coaching so I need to reach a few other people to be featured too....
Getting the message out.
Helping others.
That's the point, right?

Love the concept of being in transition!
It is SO energizing to move toward a goal!

Transition: The How To Guide.

Transition/change equals stress. Even exciting, positive changes shock our systems and cause anxiety. When you find yourself experiencing frustration, anger, even depression—just remember it’s part of the natural path to acceptance. Here are some tips that may help you navigate transition more gracefully.
Keep a journal that includes a review of your day and your feelings.
Reach out to others and get more support than usual—let family, friends know how to help you.
Use time management skills wisely—set realistic priorities and delegate wherever possible.
Make a list of ways you can simplify your life and do it!
Slow down, take a temporary time out.
Think of this time as an adventure—an opportunity to design the life you want.
Create some new habits that regularly nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Make a list of things you are tolerating right now and develop a plan to reduce or eliminate them.
Make a list of everything that’s missing from your life – things that would lead to fulfillment and balance and develop a plan to GO FOR IT!
If you need additional support or accountability consider hiring a coach to help.

So excited to have been asked to teach a class in marketing! After 28 years in that business, it is going to be awesome to be able to share the message of how to make positive contact.

I am also amazed at the power of attraction and the way that clients are being 'sent' to me.

Magic I tell ya.

I am so blessed to be able to achieve immediate contact through the process of attraction. I seem to be led to all the right people who desire coaching. I am fortunate to have the skill to assist them to find themselves and their goals quickly and easily. LOVELOVELOVE my practice and the people in it. WOW.

The Beginning:

"I do not think there is any other quality so essential to success of any kind as the quality of perseverance. It overcomes almost everything, even nature."
